CommonLook has a Whole New Look!

Tuesday, January 17, 2012

NetCentric Technologies is proud to announce that its line of electronic document accessibility products and services will henceforth be organized under the "CommonLook" brand.

"CommonLook tells a very important story for NetCentric," said Duff Johnson, President of NetCentric Technologies. "The key of any accessibility policy is the commitment to ensuring that all users enjoy equivalent access to information. CommonLook helps organizations deliver on that commitment," he said.

CommonLook logoCentral to the new CommonLook family of icons are simple, stylized shapes that retain meaning regardless of color. "Enshrining accessibility in each aspect of the new brand was important to us," Johnson says. The new CommonLook icon implies continuity between the screen and the printed page, and is instantly recognizable in the CommonLook Seal of Quality.

In addition to rebranding its products and services, NetCentric is also updating two product names to better reflect their features and capabilities.

  • PAW will become CommonLook Office, befitting its role as a plug in to the popular Microsoft software collection, and in anticipation of the soon-to-be-released CommonLook Office for PowerPoint.
  • PDF ECMF will become CommonLook Clarity to better communicate the value of this enterprise class assessment and reporting tool.
