Advanced skills for users already familiar with CommonLook Office
O201: Mastering CommonLook for Word and PowerPoint
Duration: 1 Day.
Audience
This course is intended for CommonLook Office users who want to perfect their skills with CommonLook Office for Word and PowerPoint.
It is recommended that users attending this course have at least 1 month of experience with CommonLook Office or PAW.
Description
The course involves review of each CommonLook Office checkpoint and tool, as well as hands-on instruction dealing with the following topics.
- Style management
- Redesigning tables for accessibility
- Tables spanning multiple pages and other complex tables
- Tagging links
- Tagging lists
- Making MS Word forms accessible
In addition to the above topics, students often bring up other topics dealing with their individual experience with Word and PowerPoint.
There will be a 30 minute break for lunch and two 10-minute breaks in the morning and afternoon.
