Customer Support

Standard pricing on all software includes free product upgrades and e-mail-based support for one year following purchase.  Following the first year, enrollment in our Extended Support Program is required to continue receiving product updates and free telephone and email support.

The Extended Support Program costs 20% of the retail price of the product per year. It includes 1-year of product upgrades, email and telephone support. Support services do not include software training.
